As the 18th International Symposium in Management - SIM
2025 will take place in Timisoara on the same time, we have the opportunity to meet attendees of the symposium to network and identify potential synergies.
The SIM 2025 is organized by the West University of Timisoara and the
Politehnica University of
Timisoara.

During the Barcamp
Following the classic BarCamp concept, it is the idea to enable all interested participants to take part to the venue as inexpensively as possible.
That's why we avoid a fancy entertainment programme.
Therefore, all participants are asked to support the organizers with logistics or other things that have to be done on that day.

Attendance fee
As usual for Barcamps, the participant covers the costs of travel, accommodation and 'meet, greet & eat' themselves.
The event days of the Barcamp with venue rental, drinks, coffee etc. are partly financed by sponsors and / or participation fee.
This possible fee will be communicated soon. Please register, so we can inform you asap.

Accomodation
Based on our experience with hotel cooperations, we recommend using the well-known reservation platforms, as they often offer overnight rates at very interesting special rates.
To avoid long walks,
we recommend accomodation in the old town of
Timisoara,
between the railway track in the north and the Bega River in the
south.
Catering
As we are not in a fixed location, we do not have any designated catering service.
We will eat in the local restaurants.

Please plan around 20€ for each meal.
